In a relaxed conversational setting, you have the opportunity to brainstorm and discuss options as they apply to you getting into your own home. In order to help you get real answers to real facts, you will be able to (if you choose) fill out a pre-qualification application and even have your current credit report pulled. And more importantly, you will be able to ask any questions that you want.
