"If you haven't been there before... find someone who has!"

Really, doesn't that make sense? If you were planning a trip to Mexico, for example, wouldn't you want to talk to people that had been there before? And if you weren't sure who had been there and who hadn't, you would most likely ask, right? "Hey Fred, have you ever been to Mexico? Really, well I just happen to be planning a trip there myself!"

You would then probably ask him where he stayed, where he ate and what he did. You would want to know what he liked the most and would be sure to repeat. You also should find out what he did wrong and will never do again. The list of questions that you would ask (so that your trip will be the best it can be, with the least amount of troubles) would go on, and on, and on.

I have to ask you a question.

Why is it then, that a person making such life impacting decisions as where to live, whether to Rent, Buy or Rent-to-Own, do most people try and go it alone? 

Buying a home or an investment property is no small endeavor. In fact, it is the single most important and life changing decision most people will ever make.
