• Do you wish you were better at screening applicants?
• Are you overwhelmed with all of the crazy situations that can arise almost daily?
• Do you have past tenants who owe you money, but you can't find them?
• Have you ever had someone leave in the middle of their contract and thought to yourself, what do I do now?
• Are your contracts rock-solid, watertight and bulletproof?
• Do you panic when you have a vacancy?
• Is owning rental properties wearing you down, but you can't bring yourself to the point of selling them? You want and need the income, without the headaches.
• Future Landlords, is your negative impression of property and tenant management the reason why you don't own any rental properties?
