What it is...

The main objective of this program is to give you the knowledge and resources you need to pull off a successful Lease/Option! There are a lot more ways to do something wrong than there are to do it right.

You will get a 90 min. one-on-one and face-to-face consultation with me at my office in Sandy, Utah!

I will help you to decide the best course of ACTION for you to take based on your personal circumstances. The first step is not necessarily the same for everyone. But, for everyone the first step is the most important one. You will benefit from my experience of over 16 years, and also from the $10's of thousands I have invested pursuing the knowledge I will share with you. You can save more time and money than you can now imagine if you are simply pointed in the right direction by the right person. I am that right person!

You will leave our consultation with both an action-plan and the tools necessary to get started that very same day.

You will also have access to our Member only forums. As long as you need help, up to an entire 12 months, you will be able to post questions directly to us so that we can consult with you on your path to completing a solid Lease/Option deal.

You will take with you:

All of the forms and contracts that you will need to succeed.
Audio CD's that you can listen to over and over again. Complete with the instruction you will need to be successful including a step-by-step talk through of some of my actual Lease/Option transactions from start to finish.
Access to my "Members Only" website and discussion forums. This additional help is available to help you tie it all together.

What it isn't...

I want to teach you one strategy, the Lease/Option that you can use NOW to get on the road that will take you from Tenant to HomeOwner. This is not an on going mentoring/consulting program. We have a more advanced consulting program for long-term investing.

What it costs...

Does it sound like a lot of money to you when you read that this consultation and the materials that go with it cost $1,000.00? The consultation does cost $1,000.00 and that is a lot of money. However, it's value depends on your perspective. You may start to see the cost as more of an investment if you take into consideration that it cost me more than twice this amount just to develop the proper contracts. (These are the same contracts that you will be taking home with you.) Everything has more than one perspective, it all depends on where your looking from. This program doesn't actually cost anything, rather it is an investment in your future.

I want to give you a personal example about how investing in ourselves up-front, is so vital to our long-term success.

When I was younger and more naive about the intentions of other people, I lost $84,000.00 in a short six month period. This $84K came from equity that I had in Real Estate and was moved into another type of investment, with the wrong person in control. But the real point I want to make about this experience is about the old saying "hind site is always 20/20".

When we look back on any situation, we can all easily see what we should have or should not have done to have created a better outcome. Looking back on my experience, it would have been worth paying any amount of money (up to the $84K) to the person that could have stopped me from making that mistake. Even if I would have invested $50,000 pursuing knowledge before jumping into this investment, I could have saved the other $34,000. It's simple math really. Looking back on it, that $50K would have been a great investment. But, I only know this fact because I made the mistake in the first place, and I am looking back. It takes a special type of person to pay for value before receiving it.

When ever you catch yourself thinking "If I could do ________ all over again, this time I would _________", be honest with yourself. Most of us would only be able to change the outcome for the better knowing then what we know now. We all continue to make the same types of choices over and over again, until we have new information to apply.

Down the road of life will you look back and be glad you saved your money, or will you wish you had invested in yourself? I guess you will only know the answer with certainty when you look back with the 20/20 vision of hind site.
