A "do-over" shot in golf is called a Mulligan...
Are you in DEFAULT on your home loan and facing a possible FORECLOSURE? Maybe we can help!

Do you need a "Nu-Start"?

Have you ever wanted to go back and do something over again so that things will turn out different? Because looking back you can now see that the first time you screwed up?

Have you ever wanted to be given a second chance at something, because you knew that you would do better this time?  In the game of golf they call it a mulligan. If you don’t know, a mulligan is a retaken golf shot. I looked it up on Encarta Dictionary; A mulligan is defined as a shot that, against the rules, a golfer allows an opponent to take again.

It’s against the rules! That means that you don’t decide “I think I’ll take a mulligan on that shot”. The opportunity to take a mulligan must be given or offered to you. How many times in life has someone offered you a mulligan?

Life doesn’t always go perfectly, things don’t always go as planned, and sometimes we wish we could just get a do over. That’s what I call it anyway, a DO OVER. I’ll explain more about how I look at a do over in a minute, but first…

If you are reading this page you most likely got here by some type of advertisement regarding foreclosure and/or getting a new start, a second chance, a do over or mulligan. Or maybe you were just curious to see what I had to say. Either way, I am interested in helping people with Real Estate related problems. So I write with that intent, that those looking for help with their particular situation will find it here.

If you are in foreclosure I would like to offer you some help by telling you more about what I do. And when I say I, what I really mean is we. See WHO WE ARE and more of WHAT WE DO by clicking on the links. You can also click these links for more about Foreclosure Laws and what options you have when facing foreclosure. You may not know of some of the remedies available to you.

The two main concerns of those facing a possible Foreclosure are:

1.     How can I save my home, I don’t want to move!

2.     If I can’t save, or someone can’t help me save my home, where will I live?
