Do you need a "Nu-Start"?
Nu-Start Properties, Inc. specializes in giving people a new start. If you are looking for a new place to live, chances are it isn't the only new thing going on in your life right now. It could be a new job, a new relationship, new location or even a new financial situation. For some of you, your new start could mean that you are starting over. Whatever your circumstance may be, it is likely that renting is a temporary step toward, or back to home ownership. We believe that most individuals and families that are renting their home or apartment don't want to be renters their whole life.
It's the American Dream; we all want a home of our own. At Nu-Start Properties we see all tenants as future home owners, and that is why we offer resources and information that go far beyond our duties and responsiblities as a Property Management Company.
Some of you may be completely, for whatever reason, uninterested in Home Ownership. That's just fine. We rent nice, clean, affordable housing in Salt Lake, Davis and Utah Counties. We have tenants that we would love to have stay in our property indefinitely.
But for those of you that see your rental situation as temporary, and are interested in owning your own home, (and for some of you that means getting back into a home of your own) we would like to help.
We have a Rent-to-Own Program
We are able to offer some of our homes on a Rent-to-Own basis. Renting a home that you have the option, but not the obligation, to buy has several advantages. Basically, it's like "test driving" the home, the neighborhood, and schools before you are committed 100%.
More important than that, for some of you, is having the time you need to build or fix any credit issues that might be holding you back from financing your own home. Learn more about our Rent-to-Own Program HERE.
We help people avoid FORECLOSURE
If you or someone you know are in a bind and not sure what to do, we can probably help. For starters, you can read some of the info that we have on our Articles page regarding foreclosure. Then if you would like to tell us about your situation and your home, we will look into how we may be able to help you. And of course, you can always contact us directly. We might surprise you with our willingness to help you without asking anything of you in return!
