 You SHOULD NOT inquire into our consulting program if you:

  • Expect someone to tell you what is best for you. Only you know that.
  • Want to be told the how, where, when and why of every little tiny decision.
  • Want someone to do things for you.
  • Are not willing to seek out and gain knowledge on your own.
  • Are not capable of setting and sticking with goals until they are met.
  • You expect overnight success that will carry you for years to come.
  • You believe in instant gratification only and have no patience for future rewards,no matter how great.
  • Are willing to take unnecessary risks, as long as you can't get hurt. (But someone else might)
  • Don't believe that you can profit from helping other people.
  • Believe successful Real Estate Investing is like what you see on late-night TV.
  • Lie, cheat, steal or would hurt someone else in order to get ahead.
  • Expect instant financial security from Real Estate so you can quit your day job.

 

 You SHOULD inquire into our consulting program if you:

  • Believe that if you want to accomplish something, you can benefit from the knowledge and experience of someone who has done it before.
  • Are self motivated and willing to work for what you want in life. (No one is going to give it to you)
  • Want daily access to a real person that is a seasoned, successful Real Estate Investor. (Not a book-trained-student that was taught what to say and has little or no real first-hand experience)
  • Realize that investing in real estate is not a get-rich-quick scheme, rather a solid investment strategy. 
  • Want the confidence of knowing you have access to someone who has done more than 100+ property purchases, (as the principal party to the transaction) and participated in many, many more as an outside advisor/consultant.
  • Understand the value of having someone that manages 60 separate properties (including single-family homes, condos and multi-units) on a daily basis as your "go-to" person for management advise.
  • Believe that having saved your hard earned money by avoiding financial losses is as good as "money in the bank".
  • Understand (or want to) the powerful role leverage plays in accomplishing much greater things than you could accomplish without it.
  • Can see the advatage of getting two for the price of one in a husband and wife team with different roles, views and experience

The Mastermind Group structure will be geared around the needs of those participating. Successful consulting addresses actual events and transactions that are happening now. You have to be out there finding deals, talking to owners and making offers. This is the catalyst to everything else. You don't need a consultant if you aren't doing anything. If you’re not dedicated to succeed and also willing to get out there and work for it, then you’re not ready for this consulting program. No one is going to do the work for you. You will however, become far more successful when you have someone with experience in your corner helping you navigate through un-known terrain.

Our consulting Program requires you to commit to it for an entire 12 months. We do this for a very good reason. It takes a commitment, a big commitment to succeed at Real Estate. It isn’t something you can just try out for a week or a month to see how it goes. Trust me, the people that approach investing in this manner are done before they even start. If you are not willing to give it a go for at least a year, then you are not serious enough to be successful anyway. Don’t even bother.
 
The other thing to consider is the cost. We charge $5,000 for the year if you pay up-front or $500 per month (for 12 months) if you spread it out. Either way it still requires the full one year commitment of both time and money. If we charged double or triple that amount it would still be a bargain. You will most likely recoup the cost of this program many times over by simply skipping the many mistakes often made by early investors.
 
 
 
We do not accept everyone into our program. We want to be able to control the number of people in the program so that our time is not spread so thin we cannot give you the attention necessary. We have also found in our experience that the less we charge the less people really commit to taking full advantage of what we have to offer. The cost will deter some people as we expect it to, but we truly want to work with highly committed individuals. It hasn’t been tested yet, but it is quite possible that a person’s success is directly in proportion to what they are willing to sacrifice in order to be successful.
 
It has often been said that “free advice is worth what you paid for it”, nothing. However, consider the opposite. Most people actually place VALUE on something in proportion to what they paid for it. Here is an example; have you ever broken something and thought to yourself “Oh that’s alright, I bought it on sale”? By comparison, if you have broken or lost something that took saving up two or three entire paychecks in order to buy, you were probably devastated.
 
With that being said, I wish you would pay $50,000, or maybe even more for what I am offering. Not because of what I would get out of it, but because of what I know that you would get out of it if you decided to make sure that you would get your money’s worth. 

We have invested countless hours and 10’s of thousands of dollars in acquiring the knowledge and experience that has made us successful. You can get to where you want to be faster, cheaper and with fewer mistakes by investing in yourself.
