Nu-Start Properties, Inc. is owned and operated by my wife and I. (Jeff and Lynn Marchant) We often tell others that we are in the Rental Business, but we truly feel that our real business is helping people. (more about 'What We Do" HERE) Everyone has their own unique situation and circumstances. We realize this, and that is why you will be treated as an individual at Nu-Start and not just funneled through a system.

Jeff Marchant

Lynn Marchant

Lynn is really the HEART of Nu-Start Properties, Inc. Having earned a degree in finance, she handles all the bookwork and accounting for the company. Managing rental properties is hard work, and not for everyone. Lynn however, thrives in this environment.

Lynn also happens to be a MASTER at multi-tasking and fills many positions here at Nu-Start. When you talk to Lynn you quickly grasp that one of her many strengths is how much she cares about other people. No one is better than Lynn at making others feel understood and that they are not "just a tenant" , but a real person.

 Jamie Adamson

Jamie has been with Nu-Start Properties since the start of 2005.

Jamie will often be the one you get on the phone when you call the office, and you'll be glad you did. She has an upbeat and friendly personality and will assist you with any inquiries and/or concerns.

With right around 60 properties in Salt Lake and Utah Counties that Nu-Start manages, Jamie has been a welcome help with the day to day operations of property management.
